Committed. Involved. A bank must be a strong part of the community, and we take our position very seriously. Parish National is committed to the local businesses and residents of Jefferson, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington Parishes. We are a United Way Pacesetter. Our employees take an active role in local organizations through memberships and volunteer work with the local Chambers of Commerce, merchant associations, sports leagues, civic organizations, rotary clubs, and other nonprofit associations.

Our public and private schools are vital to community growth and well-being. Parish National therefore helps local schools to teach students the value of the dollar.

We sponsor "Your Checking Account", which teaches high school students how to manage a checking account through lesson plans and workbooks.

"Bank at School" is a program for middle school children which establishes a working "branch" in the school. We train students to be tellers and they accept deposits during bank day at school. Special savings accounts with lower limits are set up to allow all students the opportunity to participate and learn the value of savings.

Parish National also sponsors "Project Graduation" events which provide a night of alcohol-free parties for graduating students and contributes savings bonds for graduating valedictorians to the Washington Parish Scholars Recognition Committee.

We support numerous service organizations which raise funds for many worthwhile causes. Parish National invests time and money toward the success of such endeavors.

At Parish National, community banking means community service.
