The Retail Office Manager (ROM) coaches, counsels and trains their staff to provide competent, courteous and concerned service to all customers. Responsible for the achievement of individual and group goals established for the branch and promoting an effective and efficient day to day operation of the retail location. In so doing, the ROM not only promotes the growth of their own branch but contributes greatly to the profits of the institution as a whole. Performs duties of CSR and/or Teller as needed.
